Cancellation Policy

To ensure each client receives the attention they deserve, we ask that you inform us of any changes to your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. Should you need to cancel or reschedule without this notice, please be aware that a $100 fee will apply. Unfortunately, missed appointment fees are not covered by insurance providers. We value and respect your time, just as we hope you value our dedication to your care. If you find that you need to make changes to your appointment, please reach out to your therapist directly.
